Fabric Flower Hair Clip

{isn’t it the sweetest thing?}

I was reading the PapernStitch blog {here} this morning over breakfast, which included the yummiest strawberry jam on toast.  This particular post directed me to the most beautiful Etsy shop Freshsewn {here} that sells fabric flowers in all their gloriousness.  I am sorely tempted to fill my basket with a whole host of their beautiful products.

As I was too impatient, I had a teeny tiny attempt at making my own version of their flower hair clip.  I am so pleased with the outcome, as it means that I can have it NOW!

I will not be attempting some of the harder-looking loveliness from Freshsewn, but will be purchasing it instead!

  1. Ah! I love finding out that someone likes my shop! Thanks for linking to it! I love the flower you made–print fabrics make some of the cutest flowers. I’ll be adding my spring line in the next month, with lots of bright fun colors. Come by and see them sometime! (=
