During all of those gusty high winds…
…a good-sized branch of English Dogwood fell out of our hedge.
It was full of blossom and smelled divine.
So, instead of wasting it’s gorgeousness…
…I snipped it up into medium-sized branches, removed the lower foliages, took out any odd dead twiggy bits and plopped it into…
…a large vase on the kitchen windowsill.
The kitchen now smells amazing and the blossoms haven’t been wasted.
Hurrah!

So beautiful…..and so very beautifully English!
